CarRecovery is a technology platform that connects drivers with customer requests. Drivers operate as independent service providers.
2. Driver Responsibilities
Drivers must hold valid licenses/insurance, provide accurate vehicle and pricing information, and deliver services professionally and lawfully.
3. Conduct & Safety
Drivers are expected to follow road safety rules, maintain respectful communication, and prioritize customer safety at all times.
4. Account Actions
CarRecovery may suspend or remove access for fraud, unsafe conduct, repeated complaints, or policy violations.
